By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Crisis Path mobile application (the "App") and our website crisispath.com (the "Site") and our services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Use of Location Services

The Services use device location to provide on-demand emergency-sharing features. By using Crisis Path, you consent to the collection and use of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Advisory Nature of Services

Crisis Path provides an advisory platform designed to help you formulate ideas for emergency preparedness, including but not limited to:

Crisis Path does not provide professional emergency, medical, legal, or safety advice. In a real emergency, contact local emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or your local equivalent). You should seek qualified professional assistance and carefully review your decisions related to crisis planning and emergency response.

3. No Liability

While we strive to provide useful and accurate information, Crisis Path does not guarantee the effectiveness of any plan or advice generated through our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that Crisis Path shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or other consequences arising from your use of the Services or during any crisis situation.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Crisis Path offers the following auto-renewable subscription tiers:

4.2 iOS — Apple In-App Purchase

On iOS, all subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The exact price you see at checkout is the price in your local currency as configured by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Android — Stripe

On Android, subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel or change your subscription from your account inside the App or by contacting support@crisispath.com.

4.4 Cross-Platform Entitlement

An active subscription on either platform unlocks the corresponding tier on your Crisis Path account on all signed-in devices, regardless of which platform processed the payment. However, you may only purchase or modify a subscription via the platform on which it was originally bought.
